Fees & Rebates

The cost of our services are dependant on the type of service you are after, the number of people that are attending (individual, family, couple) and the length of the session.

The current Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) recommended service fee for psychological services is $267 for a standard 46-60 minute session.

Although, to best meet the needs of our demographic and work in best practice, Clarity of Mind Psychology offers psychological services at reduced rates.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Fees are payable on the day of your consultation if not booked online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients will need to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This ensures enough time to offer your appointment to other clients if you reschedule. If the required notice is not provided, a cancellation fee (depending on service being provided) is payable and will be charged to your nominated account. Medicare rebates and other subsidised sessions are not impacted by any late cancellations or non-attendance fees.
